Booking Terms & Policy

(Required for all appointments – updated December 2025)

Booking & Deposit

  • All mobile appointments require a non-refundable deposit of 50% (or full payment for appointments under $100) at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment (cash, Venmo, Zelle, or card).

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Minimum Booking Requirement

  • Parties/groups of 3+ receive discounted per-person rates and waived/reduced travel fees (ask for details).

Travel Fees

  • Travel fee is non-refundable once paid.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • More than 48 hours notice → deposit may be transferred to a future date (one-time courtesy).

  • Less than 48 hours notice → 100% of deposit is forfeited.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show → full service amount is charged (you will be invoiced the remaining 50%).

  • Same-day rescheduling counts as a cancellation.

Late Policy

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show (full charge applies).

  • I will wait a maximum of 15 minutes unless you text/call to confirm you’re on the way.

Space & Setup Requirements (Your Responsibility)

  • A clean, private, well-ventilated indoor area (at least 6 ft × 6 ft) with good lighting.

  • Access to a bathroom or sink nearby is appreciated.

  • If I arrive and the space is not suitable or ready, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment on the spot and keep 100% of the deposit + travel fee.

Parking & Access

  • Client is responsible for providing valid parking or covering any parking fees/tickets.

  • If the building has security, concierge, or a gate code, please provide instructions in advance.

Children & Pets

  • For safety and best results, please arrange for small children and pets to be in another room during the appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse service without refund if:

  • The environment is unsafe/unsanitary

  • Anyone is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately

  • The client has visible sunburn, open wounds, or contagious skin conditions

Photos

  • Before-and-after photos are part of our service (see signed consent form). We love showing off our work!

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By booking this appointment, paying the deposit (or full payment), and receiving services from SoFlo Sunless Society, I understand and agree to each and every term listed in this Booking Terms & Policies document. I acknowledge that this agreement is a legally binding contract. I further understand that if any outstanding balance, late-cancel fee, no-show fee, or other charge remains unpaid, SoFlo Sunless Society may refuse to provide any future services (including rescheduling or booking new appointments) until the account is brought current. I agree that unpaid balances may be sent to collections and that I will be responsible for any associated collection costs.
